About Roadworthy: the honest operator in a murky market

Why this company exists

The titling-service market runs on two bad habits: hidden pricing that flexes with how desperate you sound, and Montana LLC marketing that goes quiet about the states now auditing for it. Both habits exist because customers in a paperwork crisis rarely shop around.

We built Roadworthy on the opposite bets. Publish every price and keep it flat. Put the enforcement map on the sales page. Refuse orders we cannot complete, check every VIN before taking money, and back the work with a full refund when we miss. The customers this loses were going to be refunds anyway; the customers it wins tell their friends.

What we are, and what we are not

Roadworthy provides private administrative and paperwork assistance. We are not a government agency or a law firm and do not provide legal or tax advice. What we are is very good at paperwork: state filing requirements, bonded title programs, import documentation, and the differences between all 50 states' rules, documented in the state guides we publish free.

How we operate

• Remote-first, paperwork-native. Orders move through a portal with live milestones, not phone tag.
• Flat published pricing on the pricing page. Government fees pass through at cost with receipts.
• Every order screened against theft and lien records before it proceeds.
• Montana orders require a signed risk acknowledgment. No exceptions, including for buyers who ask nicely.
