Privacy Policy

What we collect

Order data (your name, contact details, vehicle and VIN information, and the documents you upload), quiz and tool inputs including email addresses, and standard technical logs. Payment card data is handled by Stripe and never touches our servers.

Why we collect it

To prepare and file your paperwork, run the theft, lien, and eligibility checks that protect your order, send transactional email about your order status, and reply to tool requests like VIN checks. Marketing email is opt-in and one-click unsubscribable.

Retention

Uploaded document images are deleted 90 days after an order closes. Order records are kept as required for tax and dispute purposes. Tool submissions that never become orders are purged within 12 months.

What we never do

Sell your data. Share it beyond the processors an order requires (state agencies, surety providers on bonded titles, our email and payment vendors). Use your documents for anything other than your order.
