Inspectors want receipts for major components with VINs or part numbers, photos of the repair in progress where you have them, and the salvage certificate's damage disclosure. Can a salvage title be made clean again?
No, and be wary of anyone who says otherwise. A properly rebuilt vehicle carries a rebuilt or restored brand permanently in the national title record. Title washing between states is a federal crime.
