The guarantee: we deliver, or you get the fee back

If we accept your order and cannot deliver the title or registration quoted, your service fee is refunded in full. Not credited, not prorated, refunded. We can offer that because the eligibility quiz and VIN check filter out impossible orders before money changes hands.

Why we can afford this

Most title-service horror stories start with a company taking money for a case they never checked. Our intake refuses orders we cannot complete: the VIN screen catches theft records and liens, the import-age check catches ineligible vehicles, and the quiz catches state rules that block a path before you pay. Saying no early is cheaper than refunding late, and it is why the guarantee costs us little and tells you a lot.

What we promise on every order

  • The quote you accept is the fee you pay. Scope changes require your approval first.
  • Government fees pass through at documented cost, receipts in your portal.
  • Status updates at every milestone without you asking.
  • A straight answer when something goes sideways, including when it is our fault.

Questions people ask us

What exactly does the guarantee cover?

The service fee, in full, if we accept your order and fail to deliver the title or registration described in your quote. Government fees already paid to a state are refundable only where the state refunds them, which we pursue on your behalf.

What voids the guarantee?

Material misstatements on your order (a VIN that is not the vehicle's, ownership claims that turn out false) and orders cancelled after state filing at your request. The KYC check up front exists partly so honest customers never land here.

How do refunds work mechanically?

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 business days of the determination. No store credit, no partial-fee haircuts on covered failures.
