Refund and Guarantee Policy

The guarantee

If we accept your order and fail to deliver the title or registration described in your accepted quote, we refund the service fee in full to your original payment method within 5 business days of the determination.

Government fees

Fees already paid to a state, surety provider, or inspector are refundable only to the extent those parties refund them. We pursue every recoverable fee on your behalf and pass back what returns.

Cancellations

Cancel before we file with the state: full service fee refund minus the KYC screening cost ($25). Cancel after filing: the service fee is earned, and we complete the order unless you instruct otherwise.

Exclusions

Orders relying on materially false information you provided are outside the guarantee. Delays by a state agency are not failures to deliver while the order remains viable; if a delay becomes a dead end, the guarantee applies.
