What we provide

Roadworthy provides private administrative and document-preparation services for vehicle titling and registration. We prepare and file paperwork with government agencies on your behalf under a limited power of attorney you grant per order. We are not a government agency, a law firm, or a tax advisory, and nothing on this site or in an order is legal or tax advice.

Your responsibilities

You warrant that information you provide is accurate, that documents you upload are genuine, and that you have a lawful claim to any vehicle you ask us to title or register. Orders based on material misstatements are void, non-refundable, and where the misstatement suggests fraud, reported.

Fees

Service fees are the flat amounts published on the pricing page at order time. Government fees, taxes, bond premiums, and inspection charges are itemized separately and passed through at documented cost. Quotes hold for 30 days.

Guarantee and refunds

If we accept an order and cannot deliver the quoted title or registration, the service fee is refunded in full per the refund and guarantee policy, which is incorporated into these terms.

Limits

Our liability on any order is capped at the service fee paid. Government processing times are estimates; states control their own queues. [Attorney to add: governing law, arbitration, and the standard protective clauses.]
